Client, Family and Community Education
This course will teach students about self help groups in the community and how family members can help each other when they feel hopeless over the addict. Students will learn about community resources for each type of family member. Students will be required to go out into the community and find out about community education and report back to class on their findings.
This course will answer the following questions:
- What families can do to help themselves
- What programs are out there?
Duration: 15 hours, 5 classes
