Q: How Do I Sign Up for an Online Class?
A: Please visit https://addictionacademy.digitalchalk.com to learn more and sign up for our classes. Registration is easy and free and you only need to pay for the courses you take.

Q: How Much Do Credits Cost?
A: Most of our courses are billed at or under $10 per hour.

Q: Is Payment Secure?
A: Yes, payments are processed by DigitalChalk, a leading online education management company. If you pay in advance, online, payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Q: Which States will Recognize Your Continuing Education Credits?
A: Every state has different continuing education requirements including how many credits can be taken online and the source of the continuing education. Please verify your state’s continuing education requirements before taking our online courses for out of state credits.

Q: Will I Receive a Completion Certificate?
A: Yes, upon completion of the course, and a passing grade on the exam, you will receive a certificate stating that you have completed the course.

Q: Can I Retake Courses if I Fail?
A: Yes, any course in our catalog can be retaken.

Q: Can I take the Same Course Twice?
A: You may take and receive credit for the same course twice, however, some certification boards will not acknowledge duplicate credits from one course. Please check with your local board.

Q: How Often Do You Add New Classes?
A: Our catalog is growing and we’re always open to suggestions for new courses.
